Who can explain to me how to make a decent Half Tone dot pattern thing in illustrator. In a way that I manage to make work. I've tried several tutorials and things but it seems so temperamental and I can't get it to change colour properly.. Maybe I'm just stupid. And I need to be able to do them properly for a project.
Also I don't want to have to make the pattern myself dot by dot.. I'm lazy >__>

Hello, my name is Monica and I'm a 23 year old freelance artist. I am currently looking to work on illustration projects, be they art for games, t-shirt designs, children's storybooks etc.
