Ok... I know this is a little weird...
It's meant to be Malta's sister, who'se name I am yet undecided on... If anyone has suggestions they will be welcome, I have a couple of ideas but am yet unsettled. The background's meant to be a sort of chaotic futuristic city of some sort... And she's standing on the bank on the other side of the river.. I adore the soft feel to it and the water effects in the bg are wonderful too
and those legs! I have forever wanted to draw some nice shapely legs but have always failed, you have nailed it!

This is just beyond words... pose, coloring, background, detail, everything... spiff x1000.
The background's really interesting, too. It goes well with her. The glow around her works, too, in my opinion.
